Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is determined by location and weight of your order. If your order is over $60 before shipping, you will not be charged shipping!
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use USPS or UPS. Carrier will be determined at time of purchase, and the most cost effective, yet safe and careful shipping, will be selected
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the United States, as well as US Territories and Military bases. We are not set up for International shipping yet, but hope to be soon!
Tracking & Delivery
When will my order be shipped?
Orders ship in 1-2 business days from receipt of order. If we will be away from our product longer than that, we will advise our customers and a notice will be listed on the website, as well as our Social Media pages.
We strive to send same or next day. If you have not received a contact email with shipping/tracking information after 2 business days, please let us know via contact email: morrisbetterdesign@gmail.com
Can I change my delivery address?
It is possible to do this. Remember we are not responsible for incorrect address mistakes if they occur on the customer side. We will however do our best to make things to your specifications, including your shipping address.
Because we strive to ship quickly, please contact us at morrisbetterdesigns@gmail.com to let us know about an address change with "URGENT CHANGE" in the subject line. Please specify your Name (full) and Order # in the body of your email, along with the address correction. If your order has not left our hands at the time we receive your order, we will make the change, and send you a new confirming email of the change.
If it has already left us, sadly, we will not be able to make any changes.
How can I track my order?
Once we have printed a shipping label for your package, you will receive an email to the address used in the completion of your order. It will contain carrier and tracking information. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at morrisbetterdesign@gmail.com
How do I know if I have received my complete order?
We will include a packing slip with your order. If for any reason, we are not able to complete your full order, we will reach out to you first before sending. You can also double check your order with the packing list once it arrives.
Returns / Refund Policy
What is the Return / Replacement Policy?
We do not offer any returns or refunds unless any of your items arrive damaged. If this happens, you will have 7 days from
receipt of your order to report the issue to us at morrisbetterdesigns@gmail.com. Photos of the damaged item(s) and the package must be submitted with your email, for consideration of
refund/replacement.
Due to the nature of hand-crafted items, replacement is usually not an option. If we are unable to replace your items (if we deem replacement is necessary), we will refund your order. Photo submission of damaged items with packing must be submitted to qualify for this refund.
All sales are final. You are responsible for verifying that your shipping address is listed correctly at checkout, and that it can receive packages. There will be no refunds for address errors.
